He is only trying it in reverse if the new shocks come in that he broke during todays backflip. And I will say that Meents was the first successful backflip, it's been documented, but Larry's was the first at an event and I think it is awesome he did it first.

I still think Pastrana had the right idea for this, I personally think what he was trying is a lot more legitimate instead of bouncing your tires off the side of a hill. It is still awesome to see, but I'm still waiting for a more Travis style backflip to be landed.

Chicken, you are the biggest idiot on the earth right now. Monster jam isnt the best so get over it. Oh it takes alot for a hired in driver to fly in, drive the truck, then fly right back home. They dont have to pay for ANYTHING i.e. gas, damage, and food. Where Indys have to work their butts off just to get to the show have truck that will handle what the trucks are doing these days. And WOW monster jam has soo much difference in all their trucks....NOT! Every truck is a patrick chassis or inhouse and every truck has basically the same exact coponents on it. Thats some major competition right there, almost as much as a Shaffer Motorsports show, which are jokes. Monster jam would be pointless if everyone sold out to MJ like Tom and Dennis did. Thats not being competiton in my book. Once an all Indy series starts up again, then it will be the best and knock Monster jam out. The only reason MLMT went under was because they didnt have the legendary Digger or Max-d name on their tour, because if they did, monster jam would be having some trouble right now.

ChromeThunder: You too are an idiot. I love how you think you know what's going on. They don't pay for anything? Are you sure on that? How much money are you wanting to bet on it? I can think of a couple of DIGGER drivers that pay for their stuff, damage and all, out of pocket and only get a couple of bodies per year.

MLMT went under because they A) got hosed by one sponsor B) couldn't find another to step up to take over. In short: They couldn't afford to put their money where their mouth was because they never had the **** money to begin with! Had nothing to do with Digger or Max D or whoever...idiot.

And if you can tell me a better promoter going right now: There's a thread for you to go and post, and state your claim. If you can do it respectfully, I'll be respectful towards you...despite your clear mental handicap.

I'm not trying to back up TC ....or be pro or anti anything here.... I have the utmost respect to indys that go at it them selves.

but look at nascar drivers.... they get flown in and out...and don't pay for anything or do much if any work on the car.

...because I know what I'm talking about, right? I'm sorry, you've done precisely what in the industry? Y'know who?

Can we PLEASE talk about Larry Quick's Backflip instead of you 2's differences. ANYHOW... Great to see Larry Quick performing a backflip. Even if you didn't think this was as good as Tom, you gotta give credit, that was pretty cool.
